“One falsehood spoils a thousand truths.” Lies have great influence. They have the ability to spoil many good things. A single, little lie has the potential to ruin morale. It has the ability to cast doubt on all things.

Strong relationships are built on truth. It lays the foundation for integrity. However, falsehoods weaken this foundation. Over time, the cracks they leave grow. When these cracks grow it eventually will destroy relationships if not resolved.

It has an impact beyond a single instant. Lies can influence how people view you. Like a snowball sliding down a mountain, they have the power to alter people’s lives and become bigger. This demonstrates how my lying has the potential to have a snowball effect, forcing you to keep lying and destroying any truths that get in its way.
