Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST).
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders include free standard shipping unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page. The following shipping methods are available;
- Second Day (2 business days) and
- Next Day (1 business day).
Business days do not include weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for any of our shipping methods. Some items only offer “Standard Ground Shipping” due to weight, size, and/or delivery address. We do not ship to non mainland U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada, or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages if deemed necessary.
Free Standard Shipping:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 2 – 3 business days depending on purchaser’s delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Next-Day:
Next-Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next-Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 noon PST on a business day (Monday to Friday), and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. Please note all delivery estimates are base of third party carriers and we may not have control over some delays.
Signature Confirmation:
Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make two-three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature. These related to high value or large orders.
